Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can switch between Starter and Solo at any time directly in the app — changes are prorated so you only pay for what you use. Upgrading to Team is also available anytime.
How does JourNote help with performance reviews?
JourNote automatically collects your meetings, code reviews, messages, and tickets throughout the year. When performance review season arrives, you have months of documented evidence ready. Use Smart Projects to filter by date range, then AI-Ready Export to generate a polished self-review in minutes instead of hours.
Is my data private?
100% private. JourNote is a personal tool — no one else in your organization can access your notes, not even company admins. All data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. You can export or delete your data at any time (GDPR compliant).
What integrations are supported?
JourNote currently integrates with Google Calendar, Google Drive, Slack, GitHub, GitLab, and OneDrive. More integrations are on the roadmap.
How does billing work for the Team plan?
Team is billed per seat with a minimum of 5 seats. Seats are managed automatically based on your active organization members. If you exceed your seat count, you get a 7-day grace period before inactive members are paused.
